TEHRAN, March 31, YJC - The number of Iranian stores in Yerevan is on the rise over recent years as bilateral ties between Iran and Armenia have considerably grown.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The Iranian stores are directly importing the needed goods and selling them in Armenia, acting as both distributors and exporters.
"Iranian goods are capable of competing in international markets in case they are introduced correctly,” said a customer of an Iranian store in Yerevan.
Pasty, groceries, fruit, carpet, moquette, glass dishes, china, construction material, thermal installations and cold equipment are among main Iranian goods sold in Armenia.
Armenia is a small competitive market in which many European malls and stores are working actively. Iranian store owners are doing their best to have a secure place in this market.
