Experts teams of Iran and G5+1 met in Vienna on Monday in line with implementing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
The 6th joint commission meeting of Iran and G5+1 is scheduled to be held on (Tuesday) January 10 in order to investigate Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif’s letter to the EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini sent on December 16 following extending anti-Iran sanctions by the US Congress.
Meeting of experts teams of Iran and the US and the work group of sanctions meeting are also held on Monday.
The experts teams would also present a report to deputy foreign ministers on Tuesday.
Iranian deputy foreign ministers Abbas Araqchi and Majid Takht-Ravanchi would visit Vienna on Tuesday for the 6th joint commission meeting of Iran and G5+1.
The meeting is going to focus on issues related to JCPOA breach regarding anti-Iranian sanctions, barriers to banking and financial interactions and Iran-China agreement on redesigning Arak reactor (disputes on expense of actions and services).
