Tehran, YJC. The son of the late Ayatollah Khoshvaght has blasted misappropriation of the name of religious scholars for political goals.

Khoshvaght pointed to visits by the Mayor of Tehran to his father when alive and considered as immoral the act of political groups in using the name of religious scholars for political objectives.

Khoshvaght said "He [the late Khoshvaght] advised me many times not to be consumed for political games and political groups.”

He added "Ayatollah Khoshvaght would say some political groups intend to visit me under the name of moral lessons, but I know of their political schemes and that they want to make up a face for themselves to reach their political objectives. That is why I do not set time for such people.”
