TEHRAN, May 8, YJC - The 7th round of Iran-Norway political consultations was held in Tehran.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi and Secretary General of Norwegian Foreign Ministry, Wegger Chr. Strømmen led the meeting and discussed ways of improving bilateral economic, commercial and technological ties.
Norway actively supports protecting and implementing the JCPOA.
He also highlighted double economic and commercial exchanges between Iran and Norway following the JCPOA, and called for boosting cooperation in oil, fisheries and agriculture.
Ravanchi, for his part expressed satisfaction over developments in bilateral ties between the two countries.
He also stressed facilitating bilateral banking and financial cooperation and cooperating in super technologies.
They also discussed regional and international developments, including the EU, Syria and Iraq.
