Tehran, YJC. Holy Defense official says people have to learn from martyrs’ mothers how to educate their children.
Brigadier General Bahman Kargar who was speaking in the
sidelines of his visit to a photo gallery about martyrs said "We must learn how
to educate our children from martyrs’ mothers. They are examples for us.”
"If you look closely, you will see that sometimes we face
challenges how to raise our children; whereas martyrs’ mothers educated kids
that gave their lives for their country,” Head of the Foundation for the
Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Values asserted.
He also provided comments on war photography and said "In
the beginning of the Iran-Iraq war photos and films were not in vogue that
much, but as the war pushed forward there came photographers and cameramen who
recorded the war scenes.”
He added "If we had given the cultural activities and
photography and motion picture and the field of war propaganda to the private
section we would have gained better results today.”
"Photography has to grow more popular, since despite
advancements in other sections like motion pictures, it has preserved its place
and there is nothing else to take it,” Kargar stated.
"Heavenly Frames" show was held by the photo news institute
TasvirNet at the Martyrs Museum in Tehran.
