TEHRAN, May 3 - Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita visited Tehran on Tuesday, said an Iranian Foreign Ministry official.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) – The official said Nasser Bourita arrived in Tehran for a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad-Javad Zarif.
During the meeting, Zarif categorically rejected allegations raised by Morocco that Iran has supported separatist Polisario Front, the official said.
Zarif has also stressed Iran’s respect for sovereignty of nations and its non-interference policy in domestic affairs of other countries.
Moroccan ambassador to Iran along with Nasser Bourita left Iran after the meeting, the official said.
As to reports that Iranian Ambassador to Morocco Mohammad-Taghi Moayed would be expelled, the official said, the envoy returned home few week ago after his mission period ended.
