TEHRAN, May 2 - Iran categorically dismissed allegations that its embassy in Alegria has cooperated with Polisario Front.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) – Moroccan officials have claimed that Iran has cooperated with Polisario Front and decided to expel Iranian ambassador to Morocco and shut down its embassies in Iran.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi rejected remarks by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita that an Iranian diplomat has cooperated with the front.
“As mentioned over recent days and following contacts between officials of the two sides, Iranian officials regard the allegations unfounded and false. It is necessary to stress one more time that one of the most important bases and principles of foreign policy in the Islamic Republic of Iran as to ties with other countries is to deeply respect their sovereignty and security and no interference in domestic issues of other countries.”
