TEHRAN, April 10 - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif said investment in Iran is relatively of great advantage.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Speaking in Iran-Brazil joint trade conference held in Brasilia, he said Iran is ready to work with Brazilian companies through joint investment and implementing projects using new technologies.
He also said Brazilian companies can work in housing, railroad and developing ports projects in Iran.
“Brazil can be an important partner for the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Middle East.
Iranian officials welcome expanding the capacities in developing bilateral ties and also with third parties.”
He said Iran is Brazil’s first trade partner in the Middle East with the volume of financial exchanges hit $2.600 billion.
Zarif noted Iran is a good and reliable market for Brazilian companies which can strengthen their presence in the market and use its facilities for more exports to Iranian neighbors including countries Asia and Caucasus as well as Iraq and Afghanistan.
He said low investment risk in Iran, tax exemption, high efficiency of projects, public guarantees for foreign investment, various projects and new investment opportunities in infrastructure reassure foreign companies to make guaranteed investment in Iran.
