TEHRAN, February 7 - South Korea will provide $300,000 worth of humanitarian aid to Iran, which was recently hit by a massive earthquake that left hundreds of people dead, the foreign ministry said Wednesday.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The assistance consisting of $200,000 in cash and $100,000 in goods will be delivered to Iran through the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, according to the ministry.
A 7.2-magnitude earthquake jolted the northwestern border region of Iran in November, killing more than 400 people and leaving about 500,000 homeless.
