TEHRAN, November 11 - Explosion of a landmine, remaining from 1980-88 Iran-Iraq war, in Dehloran city in Iran's western province of Ilam injured two soldiers on Saturday, Dehloran governor said.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - 'While taking out garbage, Iranian soldiers Rasoul Asadi and Danial Biranvand were injured,' Hossein Ali Mousavi told Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
'Due to their severe injuries, both soldiers were transferred to Ilam,' he added.
Dehloran shares 200 km border with Iraq and 1,700,000 hectare of Dehloran and Mehran cities are mine-contaminated.
