TEHRAN, October 23 - Head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways Saeed Mohammadzadeh said that the country is going to sign a € 700 million deal with South Korea on buying rail buses.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The two sides have discussed purchasing South Korea’s rail bus and the agreement would be finalized in coming months, he said.
The Iranian official continued that a consortium including Iranian and South Korean companies would be formed to deliver part of the rail buses to Iran under a four-year program.
He also said that Iran and Germany have finalized a deal on providing Iran with 300 locomotives.
