TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The army men engaged in fierce clashes with ISIL in Eastern Hama and imposed control over the villages of Abu Hakfaya, Abu Kahaf, Maksar al-Shamali, Maksar al-Janoubi and al-Hawa'iyat heights.
A number of terrorists were killed and their military equipment were destroyed in the attacks.
The Syrian Army soldiers ambushed a military column of ISIL in Northern Hama on Wednesday, inflicting major losses on the terrorists.
The army men carried out an ambush operation against a military column of ISIL terrorists after they tried to go through Wadi al-Azib region towards areas under the control of Al-Nusra Front in Northern Hama.
Six military vehicles were destroyed and at least fifteen terrorists were killed in the operation.
