Tehran, YJC. Qalibaf says that the way to fight the US is to work towards solving economic problems.
Speaking to the people of Eslamshahr, Tehran, in a meeting, Qalibaf said "There is no other way to fight the US but to work. The real ‘Death to the US’ motto is work. If we are to shout slogans and not work we have not accomplished our duty.”
"What has crippled us today is disagreements, where we must see inflation, unemployment, and social and cultural problems,” he further said.
Qalibaf stated "We do not need to give statistics to show that we are working, people will understand for themselves. If you walk down the street you will know if people are satisfied or not.”
He asserted "We try not to say the word justice. People do not like to hear it as much as they would like to taste it.”
Qalibaf also pointed to the sanctions and stated that although one cannot say that the sanctions have not been creating problems, a major part of the country’s problems stem from poor management.
