On the day of parliamentary elections, the situation in Tajikistan is stable and is controlled fully by the police, the republic's Interior Minister Ramazon Rakhimzod told TASS on Sunday rejecting categorically claims published in some foreign media that police is using special forces or armoured vehicles.
