TEHRAN – Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari underlined Iran's influential role in the region, and said even US President Barack Obama is surprised at Tehran's victory over the ISIL terrorist group in Iraq.
