TEHRAN, Sept 17 -Iran’s financial telecommunications system, known as SEPAM , has replaced the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) in the country’s financial transactions with Russia, the governor of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) said.
