TEHRAN, Sept 12 -A Finnish political economist and author hailed Iran’s third step in reducing its commitments under the 2015 nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and said it would force the European Union to stop its foot-dragging on the deal’s implementation.
