TEHRAN, Feb 12 -United Nations Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen has stressed the need for a “new beginning” in the Arab co un try, which has been facing nearly eight years of foreign-sponsored militancy, adding that a focus on the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group is still required.
