TEHRAN, Feb 04 - The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said Israeli troops shot dead three Palestinians and demolished 20 Palestinian-owned buildings in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem al-Quds from January 15 to 28.
