TEHRAN, Jan 7 - Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani highlighted the US failures in regional countries, including Afghanistan and Syria, and said Washington sent messages to him asking for negotiations about the Afghan crisis.
