TEHRAN, September 27 - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says US President Donald Trump’s decision to exit the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), has isolated Washington as the majority of countries back the historic agreement.
