TEHRAN, September 04 - An independent economic researcher from Los Angeles said the US is trying to use the power of the Dollar as a weapon to punish all antagonistic countries, including Iran, Turkey, Russia and other nations that are acting independently of Dollar Hegemony and the Washington Consensus.
