TEHRAN, July 22 - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says the Islamic Republic has managed to thwart the Iranophobia plot hatched by Israel and the US through relying on the guidelines of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
