TEHRAN, January 30 - Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has expressed regret over the deaths of Afghan civilians in Daesh terror attacks, saying the US relocated the terror group from the Middle East to the South Asian country to rationalize its presence in the region.
