TEHRAN, October 9 - Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Tehran will take retaliatory measures against a potential “strategic mistake” by US President Donald Trump to designate the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist group.
