TEHRAN, October 7 - An Iranian parliament member warned that if US president decertify the nuclear deal and the US Congress reimposes anti-Iran sanctions already lifted under the deal, the agreement will be deemed null and void and Iran will swiftly return to pre-nuclear deal conditions.
