TEHRAN, YJC. 7 years ago the 17-year-old Balal was ruled guilty for the murder of a friend. On Tuesday the victim's family forgave Balal just as he was about to be executed. The victim's father, a football instructor, says he wants to build a football school with the compensation they are going to receive as an alternative to retribution by kind.
