TEHRAN, December 4 - A source close to the Syrian government said Damascus is still unsure whether to participate in the eighth round of the UN-mediated peace talks in Geneva.
Russia says the next of round peace negotiations, which were planned to be held between the Syrian government and opposition groups early in February, have been postponed to the end of next month.
