TEHRAN, October 04 - Thousands of people took to the streets of the southern Russian region of Ingushetia on Thursday to protest against what they said was an unfair land swap deal with the neighboring Russian region of Chechnya .
The head of the Russian North Caucasus republic of Chechnya , Ramzan Kadyrov, said he would be offended if he did not top the European Union's black list compiled in connection with Russia's position on the situation in Ukraine.
