TEHRAN, August 20 - Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said on Monday he believed China would sympathize with his country's "internal fiscal problems" as he seeks to renegotiate, or potentially cancel, more than $20 billion in Chinese-funded projects.
