TEHRAN, September 4 - A United Nations commission of inquiry has issued a report on the rights situation in Burundi, accusing government forces and loyalists of committing crimes against humanity in the Central African country.
A gunman killed Burundi's environment and water minister early on Sunday, police said, the first senior government figure to be murdered in nearly two years of political violence.
