TEHRAN, March 26 - The Palestine Liberation Organization has slammed the US Congress for pass ing the Taylor Force Act. The legislation threatens to freeze US funding to the Palestinian Authority unless it stops paying salaries to the families of prisoners and those killed at the hands of Israeli forces.
