TEHRAN, February 21 - Iran’s UN envoy, on behalf of the Non-Aligned Movement, slammed as illegitimate the unilateral sanctions that the Security Council imposes on countries under political pressure from certain members, criticizing attempts by the UNSC to enter areas outside the bounds of its purview.
