TEHRAN, February 17 - Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani says his peninsular Persian Gulf country has “preserved its sovereignty” months after a “futile” diplomatic blockade was imposed against Doha by a Saudi-led group of Arab states.
