TEHRAN, February 16 -Britain, a sponsor of the bloody Saudi war on Yemen, proposes a UN Security Council praise of Riyadh and its main ally, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), for pledging funds to ease a humanitarian crisis of their own making in the Arabian Peninsula state.
