TEHRAN, May 8, YJC - Head of Iran’s Surgeons Society Iraj Fazel said the country has obtained self-sufficiency in medicine and does not need to send patients abroad for surgery.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - "We do not need sending patients abroad in any discipline, however, in case the patient is willing to go abroad, it is optional,” he added.
"We enjoy all advanced medical treatment and surgery inside the country. There is no surgery for which Iran needs other countries’ medical science.”
