TEHRAN, May 6, YJC - Iran’s spokesman of Armed Forces General Staff reacted to one of the presidential candidates claims about the country’s missile power.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Rejecting any connection between JCPOA and Iran’s missile power, Brigadier General Jazayeri said that the missile power of Iran is elevating in line with the macro-policies and measures of the country.
"Domestic and foreign military experts and strategists explicitly acknowledge that the existence of underground and missile bases is considered as a deterring power against the attacks of the sworn enemies of Islamic Revolution and Iranian nation” Jazayeri noted.
"There again we emphatically recommend the candidates of the 12th presidential campaign avoid to disputably entering the crucial and critical military and defense issues of the country as well as giving incorrect addresses to people” the General stressed.
The Armed Forces General Staff earlier had recommended the candidates avoid talking about the military issues, without sufficient knowledge.
