TEHRAN, April 28, YJC - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani who is also presidential candidate outlined his plans to settle 10 main issues of the country in the first 100 days.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - "There is a four-year plan published as a book. …In this book we have specified measures that the 12th government is going to take,” he said.
He added that his first step focuses on unemployment.
The plan includes training youth in vocational centers and help them work in economic businesses, he said, adding, the government helps the youth to work in the businesses for some months and pays the insurance of the employer.
He continued that the move would be a good beginning for employment of the youth. "In sample provinces, we witnessed that 70 percent of the working youth could work in the businesses.”
The Iranian presidential hopeful continued that his second measure is a bill on national organization of civil rights for backing citizenship rights.
