TEHRAN, April 25, YJC - Iranian Deputy Oil Minister for International Affairs Amir Hossein Zamaninia said the country is in talks with world giant oil companies to develop the country’s oil fields.

TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - He noted that the Iranian Oil Ministry is finalizing MoU already signed with the companies for developing oil fields.
"Generally, there are 27-28 oil fields in Iran. Iran is keeping talks with 27-28 international companies for developing them,” he added.
He said the companies including Russian Lukoil, Gazprom, Zarubezhneft , French Total, Indonesian Pertamina and Chinese companies have expressed willingness to join the projects.
He added Iran has already signed MoU with the companies and is in talks with them to change them into agreements.
