TEHRAN, April 19, YJC - Commander of the Iranian Army's Ground Forces Kiumarth Heidari reiterated that the country is now self-sufficient in producing defense equipment.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - "We do not need purchasing or receiving foreign know-how in defense equipment,” he said.He further said that the country is launching production line of tanks and personnel carrier.
He also said Iran’s armored and anti-armored fields, smart artillery, helicopters and smart military are good defense reliance for the country.
Heidari further noted that Iran’s borders are under control vigilantly.
He noted that Iran is watching borders mechanically using the latest high-tech devised and developed by Iranian scientists.
