TEHRAN, April 15, YJC - Managing Director of National Iranian Oil Company Ali kardor said Iranian Oil Ministry and Total are going to sign the final agreement on development of the Phase 11 of South Pars gas field by April 20.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - He said the ministry has signed 20 MoU and HoU with reputable oil companies after the JCPOA.
According to Kardor, Iran is continuing negotiations with Total on development of the Phase 11 of South Pars.
"Financial issues have been settled. Total team was in Iran for two weeks in March for talks. I think that the final agreement will be signed by April 20.”
Total has been among countries which started talks with Iran immediately after lift of sanction to resume activities in Iran, he said, adding, "This shows that the company wants to act independently.”
