TEHRAN, April 12, YJC - A senior Iranian official condemned the EU dual-track approach towards human rights issues as ‘failed and ineffective.’
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - "The Islamic Republic of Iran condemns the repetitious and harmful dual-track political treatment and instrumental use of human rights by the EU, including extending illegitimate unilateral sanctions under the excuse of human rights violation. This is a failed and ineffective policy,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi.
The Islamic Republic of Iran would continue its path in promoting rights of citizens based on progressive Islamic principles and the Constitution.
