Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali-Akbar Salehi has already said that Iran has signed a deal with Kazakhstan on buying 950 tons of yellow cake from Kazakhstan, adding that the request has been referred to the JCPOA joint commission secretariat.

Based on this agreement which is going to be implemented in 3 years, 650 tons of yellow cake is to be delivered to Iran directly in two consignments and in two years. The remaining 300 tons will be given to Iran in the third year to be turned into UF6. It would be sent back to Kazakhstan and Iran would receive the cost of changing the material.

According to Salehi, all 5+1 countries except Britain had announced their agreement, in written, with the issue, but the UK changed its view due to US elections and Middle East issues. "We are waiting for UK to announce its final view in written.”

The other topics include violating the JCPOA in sanctions, banking problems and discussing expenses on Iran-China agreement on redesigning Arak Reactor.
