Tehran, YJC. Mohsen Rezaee says if elected President, his administrational priority would be to dam inflation.

Rezaee, who is running for the upcoming Presidential elections, said "Our top priority goes to the high prices. The reason why high prices exist is that liquidity has gone out of its course to accumulate into a torrent. We must control and then reduce it. We try to reduce the inflation rate from a two-digit number to a single-digit one.”

Speaking to the press in Karaj on Saturday evening, Rezaee rejected any possibility of stepping down in favor of other candidates, saying "Stepping down is now something of the past. I will step down no more.”

Providing comments on the nuclear negotiations between Iran and the Six Powers, he said "We will continue the 5+1 talks, but we will take it out of the current course. The enemy is after killing time. They have scheduled things against us. But according to the Supreme Leader we must keep our values and limits while we hold negotiations with the US on the nuclear issue.”
