Tehran, YJC. An analyst and former lawmaker says that the Principalists are challenged by the large number of candidates and some adventurism.
Reza Talaee Nik said "One can smell no responsibility from
the multiplicity of candidates. Maybe some candidates seek things other than
responsibility.”
He added "According to field investigations the Principalists
have the chance to win elections. The public favors them twice as much as they
do the Reformist.”
He also pointed out "The surest basis for the Principalists’
victory is respect for coalitions, provided that it will lead to the optimal
choice of each coalition.”
The former lawmaker also said "The fading role of political
parties and organizations in elections is one of the bitter truths of our time
and a reality that cannot be denied. Political parties and organizations are
drawn to the margin for internal and external factors. Recourse to individuals
void of group work and systematic agenda will not give us a powerful
government.”
