In a meeting with a group of Bahraini Scholars in his office in the city of Qom, Iran, Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, a senior Shia cleric, asserted that Ayatollah Shaykh Isa Qassim is considered as an heir to prophets’ legacy in Bahrain.
The Shia scholar addressed the Bahraini clerics saying, "Through adhering to Shaykh Qassim’s words and obeying his commands, you will be seeking closeness to Allah almighty.”
Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi further said, "Undoubtedly, the hardships and sufferings that Bahraini citizens are currently going through will soon come to an end as the corrupt rulers of the country will finally be defeated by the righteous leaders and the victory that Bahrainis have long been expecting will prevail.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, the Member of Qom’s Society of Seminary Teachers reiterated, "Most certainly, Bahraini revolutionary leaders including Shaykh Isa Qassim and Shaykh Ali Salman will never back down nor be defeated in their resolve, this is a manifestation of divine bounty that has been bestowed upon them to stay strong in their fight until the final victory is here.”
Ayatollah Mesbah concluded by saying that Bahrainis’ revolution will succeed by the permission of Allah (swt); "Ayatollah Isa Qassim is an heir to Prophets’ legacy in Bahrain.” Hawzah quoted him as saying.
