Iran and Saudi Arabia are going to confer on Hajj issue Thursday afternoon.
Iran, Saudi Arabia to discuss Hajj
"The first session of talks with Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umra (Mohammad Saleh bin Taher Benten) and Hajj officials will be held on Thursday evening,” said Head of Iranian Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Hamid Mohammadi.

Sending an Iranian delegation to Saudi Arabia demonstrates strong will of the Islamic Republic of Iran to resume a dignified Hajj, Mohammad said.

He said that Riyadh could pave the way for resuming Iranians' Hajj rituals in case it enjoys the same will and accepts Iran’s rational conditions.

Access to legal and consular support for Iranian pilgrims, dignity of Iranian pilgrims and ensuring their security are basic and fundamental conditions set by the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammadi added.

He noted that Iran would also discuss Mina martyrs, Mina tragedy and crane crash in Kaaba.

The Iranian official continued that participation of Iranian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia would not come true in case Saudi Arabia refuses to show the will for providing dignified Hajj for Iranian pilgrims.
