A senior Iranian lawmaker warned that releasing confidential documents on the JCPOA would challenge confidence to the IAEA, since the international organization was committed not to leak the information to others.
"If Trump wants to release confidential documents between Iran and the IAEA, it will mean breaching promise by the IAEA. Since it was committed not to leak Iran’s confidential and nuclear information and documents to any country including the US,” said Chairman of Iranian Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi.
He said that the IAEA is reasonable for keeping Iran’s nuclear information confidential and the IAEA should be held accountable for breaching its promise towards Iran in case the documents are released by Trump.
"The confident to the IAEA will be seriously challenged in case the IAEA leaks information to others and the US.”
