Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned Danish Ambassador Danny Annan following attack of four anti-revolution elements to Iranian embassy in Copenhagen.
Director of the Northern and Eastern Europe First Department of Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned the ambassador following attack of four elements of anti-Islamic Revolution of Iran to our country’s embassy in Copenhagen, said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi.
During the meeting, the Iranian official expressed the country’s serious objection to the move which runs counter to internationally-accepted rules and shows poor performance in providing safety and calm in the embassy, Qassemi added.
The Iranian official also called for responsible and resinous response of Danish government to perpetrators of the attack, he added.
Danish ambassador called the attack unacceptable and vowed to convey Iran’s objection to Danish officials.
