Iran said that it has not received any message of Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) from Kuwait yet.
"Iran has not yet received any official and clear message from Kuwait officials yet,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi.His remarks came after Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah said contacts are underway with Iranian brothers to set an appropriate date to submit the PGCC message to Tehran.
Jarallah refused to give further details about the message.
"Iran has not received any clear suggestion or date from Kuwaiti brothers through diplomatic and official circles yet,” Qassemi said.
He said that Iran would investigate any suggestion and decide about it as soon as receiving any.
